The Haunting of Hannon is back for a fifth year in a row and once again the William H. Hannon Library is teaming up with LMU Theatre Arts students to haunt the stacks of Hannon Library.

This year's theme, Mysteries in the Rue Bibliothèque, will bring to life the stories of mystery and imagination, including:

  • Bunnicula by Deborah and James Howe
  • What Was I Scared Of? by Dr. Seuss
  • Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark

These performances are geared toward children ages 6-12. Please not that some may be intense for some children.

The tour sign-up table will be located on the 3rd floor atrium and tours will leave the library's Von der Ahe Suite (also on the 3rd floor) approximately every 10 minutes.

Guests may sign up for tours starting at 1:30 p.m., 30 minutes before the first performance, on October 21. The last tour leaves at 3:30 p.m. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure your spot.

This event is free and open to all. Costumes are encouraged. Tricks and treats are guaranteed!
