Please join us for this evening celebration in recognition of our students completing their professional studies with the LMU Center for Religion and Spirituality. The Most Reverend Gordon Bennett, S.J., Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Mandeville, will preside at the liturgy of the Word. Univeristy officials will award certificates of completion. A reception will follow.
This event is free and open to the public. Family, friends, pastoral ministers and clergy are encouraged to attend. There is a small charge to park on the University campus in the evenings. For parking information (including lot location), please visit lmu.edu/parking.
Graduates participating in the ceremony are asked to arrive by 7:00 p.m. for instructions and other announcements. Please plan to arrive early to park and walk to the Chapel. There is no special seating; graduates are welcome to sit with their peers and families. Certificate Applications must be filed within a week of your last class meeting. If you have any academic or financial holds, please contact LMU Extension at (310) 338-1971 to resolve such matters prior to the ceremony. Students who have not filed for a certificate or do not qualify academically, will not be able to participate.
