The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was the most significant change in federal income tax laws since 1986. USC Professor of Accounting Charles Swenson will summarize the law changes and discuss how these changes will affect individuals and businesses. Dr. Swenson is an expert in state and local taxation and has taught taxation courses for the last 30 years. A California CPA, he has testified numerous times before the California legislature and the City of Los Angeles on tax policy issues.
