The Center for Urban Resilience: Using Social-Ecological Science to Inform and Empower Communities

This will be the first event in the LMU 2017-2018 Environmental Lecture Series: Imagining a Resilient Future.  The lecture series, presented by the LMU Center for Urban Resilience in partnership with LMU Environmental Studies and Environmental Science Programs, aims to engage the LMU community in a range of environmental research studies and projects being conducted on and off campus. In this presentation, Michele Romolini and Eric Strauss of the LMU Center for Urban Resilience will discuss the concept of using social and ecological sciences to better our communities.  Refreshments will be provided following the lecture.
