Refered to as the father of modern Yoga, Sri T. Krishnamacharya (1888–1989) was an Indian yoga teacher, ayurvedic healer and scholar, and is widely regarded as one of the most influential teachers of the 20th Century. Srivatsa Ramaswami, Krishnamacharya’s longest-standing student outside his own family, presents his master’s teachings of yogasanas in the Vinyasa Krama Yoga 200-hour teacher training.
This program, which is registered with Yoga Alliance®, is open to those seeking intense study in the Traditional Yoga as learned from the legendary Yogi Sri T. Krishnamacharya. The complete Vinyasa Krama series, the entire range of sequences, numbering about 700 with important pranayama, chanting and meditation methods taught by Krishnamacharya, will be explored.
