Join us for an outdoor morning filled with reflection and hard work. We will assemble for gentle movement and walking meditations at 8:30 a.m. After tea and bagels (gluten-free and vegan-friendly options available), we will selectively discern and carefully remove invasive English Thistle and German Ivy, creating space and energy for chaparral plants such as California cucumber, fuchsia, sage, and so many others. Vegan lunch will be provided. Space is limited.

Wear comfortable long sleeves and pants to protect from thistles. Bring a water bottle, hat, and sunscreen. Gardening gloves will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE ONLY 20 SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS RETREAT. If you plan on attending with friends, each person MUST complete their own RSVP form. If you RSVP and realize you are unable to make it

PLEASE EMAIL YogaStudies@lmu.edu AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We want to ensure that as many folks as possible are able to learn from this experience.
