This is an introduction for participants that want to explore the world of images and thread. A hands-on art therapy lab to stitch, feel and transform your stories. This experiential art therapy workshop invites you to go beyond the photograph and into the story behind it. Using needle, thread and personal imagery, we will explore embroidery as a tool for processing emotions, reclaiming narratives, and mending what words cannot always reach.
