#LMULifeLongLearnerThe LMU Center for Religion and Spirituality invites you to this two-morning retreat lead by Christopher Chapple, Ph.D.
Gathering on the mornings of February 19 and 26, participants will experience and and learn practices of Puja (ritual), Darshan (temple visitation), and Kirtan (chanting) in the tradition of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, guru and founder of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), commonly known as the Hare Krishna movement. The location for this experience will be the historic ISKCON Los Angeles New Dvaraka Temple, established in 1970 and one of the significant centers for yoga in Los Angeles.

About the Retreat Leader
Christopher Key Chapple, Ph.D. is the Doshi Professor of Indic and Comparative Theology and founding director of Yoga Studies at LMU. He has authored more than twenty books, including the recent Living Landscapes: Meditations on the Elements in Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain Yogas.
