The panel is organized by the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DEI”) Committee of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (“CAALA”) as part of their student outreach project:  When You Can See It, You Can Be It.   One of the goals of CAALA DEI is to connect students (middle school, high school, law school students) with a diverse group of plaintiffs’ attorneys to expose them to our various practice areas, including employment discrimination/harassment, police misconduct, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, in hopes of inspiring the next generation of plaintiffs’ attorneys.

During the panel, each panelist will share their own paths to law school, their familial/cultural backgrounds, their experiences in the legal profession, and their current practice areas.  A Q&A will follow the panelists’ brief presentations.
