Please join LMU School of Education's Center for Catholic Education we gather online in gratitude for all Catholic school educators.  During this special ceremony, we will highlight three outstanding LMU graduate students who are inspiring educators in the (arch)dioceses of Fresno, Orange County, and Los Angeles Catholic schools. 

There's been nothing ordinary about going back to school in 2022.  “Going back” itself is a misnomer; each day is unique in its challenges, solutions, requirements.  The three r’s—reading, 'riting, and 'rithmetic—have been transformed into resilience, retool, and relate.  And the 2022 Catholic Schools Week hallmarks of faith, excellence and service have meanings embedded in the concrete reality in which they are lived.  Faith is the experience of hope for a transformative tomorrow; excellence, the realization that what we teach is less important than how we teach.; service, the attentiveness to the student as a whole person whose emotional and social realities are intertwined with learning.

We're honored to stand with our own three shining examples of faith, service, and excellence, the saints of 2022. We hope you can be there with us!
