About CEEGE and LMU Day
CEEGE (Conference on Electrical Engineering and Green Energy) first opened its doors to the Electrical Engineering community on June 1st, 2018, in Tokyo, Japan. Since then, CEEGE has been hosted around the world, with 2024 being the Conference's maiden year in the United States, co-hosted by Loyola Marymount University (LMU) and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) with the support of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
The LMU CEEGE Day is an integral part of CEEGE, designed to extend the conference's reach to a broader audience. While CEEGE primarily caters to professionals and researchers in electrical engineering, this day aims to bridge the gap between the electrical engineering community and the general public. Together, these components create a comprehensive initiative that addresses the multidimensional challenges and opportunities in the evolving landscape of electrical engineering and green energy.
