This Training Will: 

• Satisfy the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA)** classroom training requirements to mediate in most community and some court-connected programs.
• Allow you to understand and learn effective mediation skills, techniques, and strategies to resolve a variety of conflicts.
• Teach you to understand and implement mediation theory, process, and skills.
• Provide role-playing exercises to practice your skills.
