We have 5 DEI Speakers coming to Loyola this school year. Our first speaker is our own Director of Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic, Marissa Montes who will be speaking about current immigrant policy updates. Marissa is scheduled to speak on September 13.On October 26th, come meet one of your Board of Directors, Alumna, and founder of ZALAWYERS, Gina Zapanta. During DEI Week between January 30 - February 3 we will have Alumna Malaika Billups, the Administrative Officer and previously the Diversity Chief Officer of the City of Los Angeles. In March, to commemorate Disability Awareness month, our own Director of the Coehlo Center, Katherine Perez will speak on awareness. To end the year,in April, visiting professor Tristin Green will touch on equal pay.
