Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Cook fuses life and his work experiences into diverse artistic interpretations. By the mid-1990s his artwork was displayed in over 80 bookstores, several galleries, museums, and gift shops across the nation. Additionally, Cook's art has been featured on the television show, ”Moesha" and, more recently, at the San Bernardino County Museum. His painting style is heavily inspired by the artwork of Frida Kahlo, Archibald Motley Jr., and Annie Lee.https://www.counselandcanvasart.com/about-the-gallery
