DEI Associate Joe Bernardo and Resident Director Jamal Epperson lead the LMU Anti-Racism Workshop series that consist of the four I's of racism - intrapersonal, interpersonal, institutional, and ideological. The workshops are then followed by community-building circles where participants have the opportunity to further dialogue about our roles in dismantling racism.
Through this short 50-minute workshop, we will learn from each other's experiences, deepen our appreciation of dialogue and reflect with honesty and an open heart. This workshop welcomes staff, students, and faculty.
Staff and faculty, these series of workshops will begin soon. Here is the interest form for next semester.
