This course provides an overview of the recent socio-political history of China, Japan and Korea, in order to help students understand the ways in which important historical events, political and economic policies and philosophical ideas have led to cultural practices found in Asia as they relate to key concepts of conducting business in Asia.
Includes a two-week trip to four Asian cities: Seoul, Busan, Beijing and Shanghai with guest lectures, corporate visits, and cultural excursions in each country.
