The late Charles Siegal, a partner at Munger, Tolles, & Olson, LLP, was an important figure in disability law and policy at the national and international levels. We are honored that EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum, one of the architects of the Americans with Disabilities Act and a key force in the civil rights community, will be giving the first annual Charles Siegal Lecture.
