Do our students demonstrate respectful language and behavior in their interactions with others? Do they value diverse perspectives? We will look at what we learned from asking LMU seniors to demonstrate these behaviors and values, talk about how we teach them, and discuss ways to improve performance as we focus on LMU’s Diverse Perspectives and Respect for Others Undergraduate Learning Outcomes. We will also share how academic departments made use of the Civic Knowledge & Engagement and Habit of Service evidence that was shared last spring semester.
Lunch will be served. Please RSVP to assessment@lmu.edu or x82628.
This program will be video and audio taped and may be podcast. By your willing participation in the program, you expressly and irrevocably consent to be photographed, videotaped and/or audio taped and quoted/cited. The films, tapes, and other digital recordings will become the property of the Center of Teaching Excellence, LMU.
