Toonstar brings blockchain tech to Hollywood with “The Gimmicks,” a show that allows fans to impact the plot with NFT’s and combines creative storytelling with community participation.
A panel discussion will be moderated by Carol Costello, LMU special advisor, journalism instructor, and former CNN anchor. Panelists include: John Attanasio '94 and Luisa Huang, co-founders of Toonstar; Rochelle Webb, clinical assistant professor of entrepreneurship at LMU; and Jay Williams, senior lecturer at LMU School of Film and Television.
Getting to the campus. LMU Playa Vista Campus is located on the second floor and is accessible only via Elevator Lobby 1 on the east side of the building, near Sweat Yoga. The pedestrian entrance is closest to the corner of S. Lake Center Drive and W. Waterfront Drive. Click here for campus directions and map.
Parking. Parking is limited at LMU Playa Vista Campus, so please consider public transportation or ride-hailing apps. A free shuttle service from LMU's Westchester Campus is open to the public and is a convenient option for commuting between campuses. Shuttle schedule is posted online.
