You’re invited to participate in AWARE-LMU (Alliance of White Anti-Racists Everywhere LMU) a white anti-racist affinity group that supports white faculty and staff as we discuss and deepen our learning about the impact of systemic racism on individuals, institutions, and society. Our meetings are every other Thursday. This spring, we are reading “White Rage” by Carol Anderson. If you’re interested, even if you haven’t read the text, come and meet the group. For more information about AWARE go to (https://www.awarela.org/),

Please contact Fred Puza at Fred.Puza@lmu.edu, Ariane White at Ariane.White@lmu.edu, or Steve Nygaard at Steven.Nygaard@lmu.edu for meeting location, or if you are interested in the group but are unavailable at the scheduled time. Also, feel free to contact us with any other questions.
