The LMU Music Department is proud to present A Christmas Celebration! Enjoy performances by the Oriana Vocal Ensemble, Concert Choir, Consort Singers, Mixed Chamber Ensembles, African Music Ensemble and String Ensemble and under the direction of John Flaherty, Tania Fleischer, Divine Gbagbo, Kenichiro Aiso, and Jeremy Lee. This choral and instrumental concert will include compositions and arrangements by Antonio Vivaldi, Elaine Hagenberg, Rosephanye Powell, John Rutter, Francis Poulenc, René Clausen, Javier Busto, Pablo Casals, Alice Parker, Dan Forrest, George Frederic Handel, Nancy Hill-Cobb, Divine Gbagbo, Shawn Kirchner, Carl Schalk, and William Roberts, and features traditional songs from Kenya, Finland, Georgia, Ghana, South Africa, and more.
