Debt, disease, divorce, death…the difficulties we face in life take many forms. Discerning how to respond in times of crises—or any painful situation we face—is not an easy task. Challenging times often discourage us from saying ”yes” to life, especially as we age and our losses keep piling up. Ignatian spirituality provides a practical path for living with hope, trust, patience, gratitude, and generosity throughout the seasons of life.
