Yoga and the Healing Sciences teacher training begins at LMU

Yoga is the philosophy, art, and science of living a “pure and balanced”, or sattvic, life. Tracing Yoga’s roots from ancient India to the modern world, the Yoga and the Healing Sciences teacher training and professional certificate program introduces participants to five of the most popular styles of Hatha Yoga currently practiced – Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Power, and Vinyasa – as well as other important elements of Yoga practice. Registered through Yoga Alliance® as an official 200-hour Yoga teacher training program, the diverse faculty is comprised of well-respected Yoga specialists.

Whether you intend to teach, are already a teacher, or simply want to deepen your practice, this program will provide you with a traditional and comprehensive understanding of Yoga as a healing science. Click here to learn more.
