Cancelled: "The Role of the Body in Prayer and Discernment" with Dr. Wilkie Au

Unfortunately, this workshop has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The body-spirit unity of the human person makes the body integral to the spiritual life, as well as to psychological health and emotional well-being. Embodied prayer affirms the precious gift of our body and how the language of the body can deepen our awareness of self and our connection to God. This workshop will focus on how embodied spiritual practices can enrich our prayer and discernment.
