Join us for an online intimate art therapy lab where you will create your own symbolic second skin. Through textile, stitching and embodied art, you will explore identity, protection, boundaries and vulnerability. Each participant creates their own symbols and will embody them, transforming fabric into a wearable story that holds memory, strength and care. Participants will leave with your own handcrafted second skin and therapeutic tools to continue the process.
