Election day is nearing and Proposition 50 is on the ballot! Please join us for a discussion of this important ballot measure with Loyola Law Professor Justin Levitt and LMU Professor Fernando Guerra as part of the Bellarmine Forum.

Texas recently voted to redraw its congressional district boundaries in an effort to increase the number of Republican representatives. In response, California voters will vote on Proposition 50 to decide whether CA will redraw its congressional districts in an effort to increase the number of Democratic representatives. This event will provide attendees with an understanding of Proposition 50, what is at stake, and how Angelenos are responding.
