A roundtable discussion about the women-led and extraordinary revolution happening in Iran right now sparked by the death of 22-year-old Mahsa “Jhina” Amini, at the hands of the government’s “Morality Police," will be held in Hall of the '80s from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13. The gathering will include artists and activists to discuss the nuances of this movement, how it’s impacted people, and most importantly: what can be done to help. Associate Dean for Equity & Inclusion Kathleen Kim will deliver opening remarks. The event is sponsored by the Iranian Law Students Association and Associate Dean Kim.
