In this climate of increasing attacks on the marginalized, music is a vehicle for connection, resistance, and healing beyond ethnic, religious and national divisions.  We invite our LMU Community to join us in solidarity and joy! Afghan American rabab virtuoso Qais Essar has joined forces with Sikh American trumpet player and singer Sonny Singh in a new project that obliterates musical, political, and religious boundaries. Supported by LMU Sikh Student Association, Asian and Asian American Studies, Islamic Studies, Yoga Studies, and Theological Studies. Refreshments will be served.
