As the servants Figaro and Susanna plan their wedding, passions, deceptions, and long-held secrets ignite in the castle of their master, Count Almaviva. Sexual conflicts and aspects of moneyed privilege are as relevant today as in Mozart’s time and English translation brings them to the fore in this 90-minute adaptation created and directed by Virginia Saya.
