Drawing Your Own Picture of Success with Rob Angel
Rob Angel was a new college graduate in 1982 when he created Pictionary, the classic word-guessing and drawing board game. Angel and his two partners produced and sold the first 1,000 copies of the game out of Angel’s cramped Seattle apartment. By the time Angel had sold Pictionary to Mattel in 2001, it was the biggest game in the world having sold 38 million copies in 60 countries.
And all this with no plan or dream. Angel believes you don’t have to have everything figured out to get started in life or in business—but you do have to stop overthinking and take that first step.
Angel is an investor, philanthropist, mentor to fellow entrepreneurs, and author of the forthcoming book “Game Changer,” about the lessons he’s learned in life and business.
