Chrysalis is a non-profit in workforce and community development. Chrysalis serves people navigating barriers to the workforce by offering a job-readiness program, individualized supportive services, and paid transitional employment. They empower clients on their pathway to stability, security, and fulfillment in their work and lives. 5 different types of internships have been designed with LMU students in mind to help increase their skill set and are available this summer.
