Join us on February 19 at 2:00 p.m. for a discussion of “A House with Seven Windows” by Kadya Molodowsky. The discussion will be facilitated by Miriam Koral, lecturer in Yiddish in the UCLA Department of Germanic Languages and UCLA Center for Jewish Studies.

About the Sunday Jewish Book Group

In Spring 2023, the group will be reading more Yiddish work and spotlighting three women short story writers. The schedule is as follows:

  •     January 22 – “Shadows” by (Rokhl) Rachel Korn (on Zoom)
  •     February 19 – “A House with Seven Windows” by Kadya Molodowsky (at Hannon Library)
  •     March 19 – “10th is Born in Mishkenot” by Rikuda Potash (at Hannon Library)
