The Tax Policy Colloquium series continues on Monday, Nov. 20 with "“From Whatever Source Derived”: The Sixteenth Amendment and Congress’s Income Tax Power" to be held virtually from 12-2 p.m. The speakers will be John (Jake) Brooks, Fordham University School of Law and David Gamage, Indiana University (Bloomington) Maurer School of Law. The commentators will be our very own Professor of Tax Law Emerita Ellen Aprill and Alice  G. Abreu, Temple University Beasley School of Law.
