As part of the CSJ Center 2021 Symposium, Jeffrey Thies and Larry Kalbers are organizing a session titled, "The Sustainable Development Goals as a Framework for Justice: CBA and the Principles of Responsible Management Education."  

The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in general, and SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities – with its focus on addressing health and education disparities) are a framework for justice and a framework for management education adopted by the College of Business Education (www.unprme.org). Larry Kalbers, Ph.D., Associate Dean, Faculty and Academic Programs and Jeff Thies, Director for the Institute for Business Ethics and Sustainability, will provide an overview of the SDGs and the mission of the College of Business Administration that integrates and advances them in business education and business practices.
