CRS invites you to be part of a weekend workshop based in the Mojave Desert where participants will experience spectacular physical beauty and contemplative spaciousness at Norris Camp, a site administered by the University of California’s Granite Mountains Desert Research Center in the Mojave National Preserve.

This three-day workshop (Nov. 15-17) will focus on interior and exterior peace-building, using an intentional daily rhythm of conversation/community and contemplation/solitude in active companionship with the surrounding desert.

Your 2024 desert guides:

Jennifer Abe, Professor of Psychological Science/Interim Director of the Marymount Institute (LMU)

Jake Wild Crea, Applied Instructor of Conflict Resolution at the Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies, University of San Diego
