Dr. Ramkumar is a Founder-Director of Punarnava Ayurveda, an institution committed to Authentic Ayurveda for Universal Well-Being. He is a lifelong student of Ayurveda and other traditional Indian knowledge systems. Over the last 15 years, he has given talks and conducted workshops in the Americas, Africa, Europe, Australia and South-East Asia propagating health and happiness through Ayurveda.
