About this Event
UNH 3030, 1 LMU Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90045
Presented by: Laura Massa, Ph.D., Office of Assessment
Do students understand the ethical standards of their discipline? Do they have sufficient knowledge and skills in their major?
Five of LMU’s Undergraduate Learning Outcomes indicate learning that students should demonstrate within their major. Each year LMU programs respond to the Educational Effectiveness Inventory (EEI), which provides an understanding of achievement of these outcomes. This presentation will share what we know from aggregating EEI responses and engage the audience in considering how we might use this information to improve learning.
On the Office of Assessment website (www.lmu.edu/assessment) you can find the report being presented under ‘University Assessment Reports’ and the EEI under ‘Program Assessment Reports.’
Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to to Assessment@lmu.edu or extension x82628.
This program will be video and audio taped and may be podcast. By your willing participation in the program, you expressly and irrevocably consent to be photographed, videotaped and/or audio taped and quoted/cited. The films, tapes, and other digital recordings will become the property of the Center of Teaching Excellence, LMU.
