In western society, abortion has been delegated to the individual. Many people do not feel safe sharing about their abortion or seeking support. Abortion should be a communal practice. We should all know how to support our community members through an abortion. In this event, which will be in the format of a workshop, we will explore abortion as a communal practice and we will learn how to reclaim abortion as community care by gaining skills to support those seeking abortions.
