Navigating parenthood and caregiving while working full-time at LMU can be challenging. LMU offers resources for working mothers, parents and caregivers that you might not be aware of. In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Committee on the Status of Women (CSW) is partnering with the Marymount Center (UNH #3200) to host a panel of LMU faculty and staff who will discuss resources, challenges, and unanswered questions on the following:

  • LMU Children’s Center’s policies and results from the recent LMUCC survey
  • Human Resources policies regarding maternity/childcare/bereavement leave and Title IX pregnancy-related protections
  • Insights on wellbeing and self-care tips from LMU’s Senior Wellness Strategist and Advisor
  • Faculty perspectives on juggling the demands of parenting with those of producing research/creative works

This event is open to all parents and caregivers at LMU! Please join the conversation in person or via Zoom. Questions and discussions are welcome.
