Women's Voices in 20th Century Theatre Production and Design
As part of the William H. Hannon Library's annual Women's Voices series and in relation to the Spring 2019 exhibition, "Making a Scene: The Process of Stage Design," we will be hosting an evening of dramatic readings of voices from women working in the fields of theatre production and stage design. LMU students from the theatre department will perform the readings. Our line-up and cast includes:
- Jean Rosenthal, Lighting Designer (Performed by Sika Lonner)
- Patricia Zipprodt, Costume Designer (Performed by Cecille Forsyth Rios)
- May Nickell Rankin, Director and Educator (Performed by Saloni Kanani)
- Patricia McIlrath, Founder of the Missouri Repertory Theatre (Performed by Brynn Doyle)
Light refreshments will be served. Though not required, please RSVP in advance so we can plan accordingly.
