The Center for Religion and Spirituality invites you to view and participate in this Yoga in Our Time episode on teaching yoga to vulnerable populations with Mark Lilly. Yoga in Our Time is a podcast series hosted by Instructor Felicia Tomasko.

Mark Lilly is the founder and board president of Street Yoga, an internationally recognized non-profit which provides yoga and mindfulness classes to at-risk populations in Portland and Seattle. Mark has developed many specialized mindfulness curricula, including specialized work for young people recovering from sexual abuse, and workshops for adults moving through entrenched traumas or grappling with high-intensity communication situations.
