Roski Dining Hall, nestled in the south-west corner of the first floor University Hall, is known for its "Fresh & Light" menu. Roski features a custom salad bar, savory wraps and sandwiches fresh fruit, yogurt and house-made vegetarian and vegan deli side salads. The Expeditions station at Roski takes you on a global taste journey, traveling to a different country every week!
